1) Completion of application form online

All applications to be done via online portal. Please upload all the required documentation, mentioned below, to ensure your application is processed timeously.

 Applications must be accompanied by:

• Proof of payment of R250 application fee
• Birth Certificate of pupil
• Latest academic report
• Transfer card

ID / Passport of both parents/responsible for fees.

Financial Clearance Certificate from current school (see attached on last page).

Copy of a recent municipality account.

Copy of last 3 month’s Bank Statements.

Payment of R250 application fee, using secure online payment portal

Attach proof of payment with this application. Reference pupils name & surname.

Payment of enrolment fee, using  EFT no cash payments will be accepted.

Payment of tuition fees via EFT into school’s Tuition fee bank account, using pupils name and surname as reference

Non-South African Citizen:

1.    Items 1-10 as for South African citizens

2.   Parents certified copy of Permanent Residence Certificate OR Work permit.

3.   Student study permit

NB:  WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Once the application is reviewed, you will be contacted for an interview with the principal.  Because of a limited number of places available, this process unfortunately does not guarantee your child a place at CLPS and the final decision is at the discretion of the principal
